As the cafe is located in the CBD, there are limited free parking options. There are six free one-hour parking spaces available on Franklin St, right outside the cafe, but these are usually occupied. There are a few other free spaces available in the surrounding streets as well. See this interactive map for details.

On the southern side of the building is UPark Andrew, a ground level, open air car park that is accessible from Andrew St, (off Morphett St) or Bowen St (off Grote St). If you park in UPark Andrew, the first hour is only $2. But, you can park in UPark Andrew for free…

The Adelaide City Council has an offer where you can receive the first hour for free in any of the Central Market area car parks (of which UPark Andrew is one). All it takes is a little pre-planning… You need to sign up for UParkPlus (which is free), and enter the code MARKETLOVERS when prompted. You’ll have to wait for your pass to be sent out to you, but when you receive it, you will be able to park for free for the first hour in UPark Andrew.

And, if you have an electric vehicle, there is a large EV charging station with both Tesla and RAA chargers just metres from our cafe door. Plug in and come inside for a coffee and pie while you wait!
