Our Very Low Gluten Crust is gluten-free, we just can’t call it that. We don’t have the certification to prove it and we bake in a kitchen where products containing gluten are made.
Because our Very Low Gluten Crust is very delicate, we put the pastry into the pie tins as it is rolled.
The crusts come in a 9″ pie tin and these are included in the price.
You can either buy a base only crust (pre-crimped) or a base and top package.
This product is sold frozen.
