Our Crusts:
Signature All-Butter Crust
Flaky and butteryOur Signature All-Butter Crust is flaky and buttery, yet it has the structure necessary to support our pie fillings.
- This crust contains just these six ingredients:
- Butter
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Water
- Flour
- Salt
- White Sugar
Graham Cracker Crust
Crumbly and biscuit-basedOur Graham Cracker Crust is crumbly and tasty. We make the Graham Crackers from scratch!
- This crust contains the following ingredients:
- Wholemeal Flour
- Butter
- Cream
- Treacle
- Dark Brown Sugar
- White Sugar
- Wheat Flour
- Skim Milk Powder
- Milk
- Salt
- Baking Powder
- Vanilla Extract
- Bicarb Soda
- Cinnamon
Note: This crust is only available with no-cook or short-cook fillings (cream pies mainly)
Vegan Coconut Oil Crust
Plant-based and coconuttyOur plant-based vegan pie crust uses coconut oil instead of butter. It is flaky, delicious and has a light coconut flavour.
- This crust contains just these six ingredients:
- Coconut Oil
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Water
- Flour
- Salt
- White Sugar
Note: If the vegan crust is selected, the ingredients in the pie will be plant-based as well. This will be impossible for some pies.

Very Low Gluten Crust
Flaky and butteryOur very low gluten pie crust is a delicious, flaky and strong pie crust that is butter and sour cream-based. It actually does not contain any gluten; we just don’t have the certification to claim ‘Gluten Free’ status.
- This crust contains these ingredients:
- Butter
- Maize Starch
- Modified Starch (1422)
- Rice Flour
- Soy Flour
- Xanthan Gum
- Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate (450)
- Sodium Bicarbonate (500]
- Salt
- White Sugar
- Sour Cream
- Water
Note: If the very low gluten crust is selected, no gluten will be added to the pie filling either. This will be impossible for some pies.

Future Pie Ideas:
In my travels around the US, I picked up a pile of cookbooks full of exciting pie recipes. There are not your Jamie Oliver or Nigella Lawson cookbooks – they are good old-fashioned local recipes used by real people in real places.
